Health Tips to Keep You on Balance

Breathe- Inhale and exhale deeply and often with a focused reflection and appreciation for the ebb and flow of life’s passages.

Be Still – Take some quiet time to center your attentions in prayerful silence, allowing you to stay tuned to your own channel.

Prioritize – Plan/budget your time, energy and resources in order to achieve your unique goals and objectives.

Move – Exercise, sweat and stretch for at least thirty minutes daily.

Drink lots of water- A minimum of eight to ten glasses a day is a healthy start.

Find Joy – Explore your interests and identify a creative outlet that makes you smile often. Learn something new.

Play – Engage in some fun activity, games, sports, anything that guarantees sweat and a smile.

Laugh- Long and heartily.

Love – Just as much and as often as you would like to be loved.

Give to someone or something that exemplifies your beliefs.
